Elisa Santoni decided early on to systematically control, develop and continuously improve her service, the quality of her offers and the company's internal processes. That's why at the end of November 2016 it initially became a "Quality CoachGet trained and thus take the first step towards Q certification.“My stated goal was to continually ensure and expand the quality of our service and the satisfaction of our customers”, she says.

After founding a Representation in Tuscany in September 2017 and after Move to new company premises in Unterföhring in October 2017, all the necessary documents for the qualification of the travel agency were together at the end of the year. “The positive decision came on March 5, 2018“says the entrepreneur, “We are certified as a “Service Quality Germany” company and can now wear the “Q””.

She notes, not without pride, that the overall performance was rated as “exemplary”. “This was only possible because everyone in the team did an excellent job”, continues Elisa Santoni, who would like to thank all the Toscana Forum employees for their commitment.
