The stately holiday home, built in the classic architectural style of the early 20th century, is located close to the historic village center of the medieval town of Fucecchio, virtually in the center of the most beautiful art and cultural cities in Tuscany.

The generous living space is distributed over the ground floor and first floor, as well as two intermediate floors on which the 3 bathrooms are located.
This is a typical architectural feature of the early XNUMXs when the house was built.
Its characteristic classic style was faithfully retained during the renovation.

At the same time, modern comforts such as heating and WI-FI are of course available to guests.
The holiday home has its own entrance. A spacious entrance area leads to a kitchen-living room with a well-equipped kitchenette and dining table for six people. On the adjoining terrace with a barbecue there is another large dining table with space for six people.

A spacious staircase leads first to the two bathrooms on the mezzanine, both with toilet and shower.
All three bedrooms are on the 1st floor. The spacious double rooms (two with an inseparable double bed, one with two single beds) are equipped with a desk and chair as well as a flat-screen TV, and one even has air conditioning. The 3rd bathroom is on the 2nd mezzanine floor.

There is also a swimming pool (3 mx 4 m) available to guests in the garden.

Due to the proximity to the historic town center, bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities are easily accessible. There are a number of famous wineries around the town that invite you to taste the fine grape juice. “La Festa Medievale di Fucecchio”, a medieval festival that takes place in the village every year on the first weekend in September, is also a special experience.
The proximity to the Tuscan art and culture magnets of Florence, Pisa, Siena and Lucca invites you to take day trips there. The Versilia coast with swimming opportunities is also not far. If you want to reach the various destinations in a stress-free manner without a car, there is a bus connection just 100 meters from the house to the nearby San Miniato train station, from where trains run to Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca or even the sea. Alternatively, the area is also suitable for exploring by bike.
