Holiday home Saint Tropez

This attractive holiday home is located in a very well-kept, quiet complex, only about 10 minutes by car from Saint Tropez.

The beach of Pampelonne Bay is practically on your doorstep: just a 10-minute walk downhill separates you from the beautiful bay, which can be reached by bike in just 3 minutes.

The house offers comfortable space for 2 to 4 people, and can even accommodate a maximum of 5 people on a ground floor living space of 70 square meters.

A stylish living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped, open kitchen, dining table and sofa leads to a covered terrace, which is adjoined by a beautiful, green, private garden. This is not visible from the neighboring property or from the outside and is comfortably furnished and furnished with two loungers, a table and chairs, a barbecue corner with a sink, a work surface and other seating.

The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and a French double bed. The bathroom is a shower room. A guest toilet is also available.

The air conditioning units in the two bedrooms and the living room are relatively new and fully functional.

There are two parking spaces directly at the house, and there are additional parking spaces directly behind the entrance gate to the complex.

In addition to a refreshing swim in the Mediterranean, guests of the holiday home also have access to a spacious heated pool in the complex (shared use).

For sports enthusiasts…

The complex also has two tennis courts and two table tennis tables (one indoor) (you have to bring your own rackets), as well as a small fitness room and a boccia court.

Around the facility...

It is possible to rent mountain bikes, Vespas, e-scooters, etc. at “Blue Bikes” or directly in St. Tropez.

There are several recommended restaurants near the complex: the “Pomme de Pin”, just 100 m from the complex, even has a Gaultmillau star.

Some beach restaurants offer both lunch and dinner. For a quick snack in between, there is e.g. B. the beach bar “Tono”, which can be reached on foot along the beach in about 10 minutes. In St. Tropez, right at the back of the harbor, the Italian restaurant “Sicilia” offers a very special highlight: here you can get pizza by the meter.

St. Tropez and Pampelonne Bay..

In addition to swimming, Pampelonne Bay invites you to take long walks on the beach.

St. Tropez can be easily reached by car and there are several parking garages on site as well as a large parking lot at the harbor.

If you prefer to use public transport, there is a stop about 100 m from the entrance to the complex from which an electric bus runs to St. Tropez.

The market on Tuesday and Saturday on the Place des Lices in St. Tropez is worth seeing.

Another interesting destination is the village of Ramatuelle, which is about 15 minutes away by car. There is a nice little market here on Sundays.
