This extraordinary holiday apartment makes holiday dreams come true! Located in a historic borgo, south of Pontedera (province of Pisa) in the municipality of Chianni, it is located directly in the historic center of the village of Rivalto. The highlight is a 30 sqm roof terrace, which not only offers a wonderful and unique panoramic view but also a spacious whirlpool to end the day comfortably.

With 90 square meters of living space, the holiday apartment offers guests space for 6 people. The modern furnishings are practical and extremely attractive. The entrance is already decorated in a friendly way with flowers. The living room is divided by open arches into a seating area with a sofa and fireplace and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is separated and accessible from the dining area.

In addition to the three bedrooms, each with a double bed, there is also a connecting room with another sofa. The holiday apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. A washing machine is available. Of course there is air conditioning as well as heating for the cold season.
In the outdoor area, i.e. on the roof terrace, a large dining table invites you to dine al fresco. There is a barbecue at your disposal, while after a relaxing jacuzzi bath you can sit on a comfortable sofa corner and reflect on the day. The holiday apartment has parking space for one car.

A washing machine is available for use. Of course there is air conditioning as well as heating for the cold season and of course WiFi.
