The dignified Villa Chianni 9 is located only approx. 700 m from the village center of the small town chianni removed. The exposed, detached location offers a unique panoramic view of the surrounding Tuscan landscape.

The generous living space of 300 square meters extends over two floors and offers comfortable space for up to eight people. In addition to a kitchen-living room, there is a separate dining room, a fireplace room and a TV room with comfortable sofas and a guest toilet on the ground floor.

The first floor has a total of four bedrooms for two people each, three with double beds and the fourth with two single beds. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom, and there are also 1 spacious shower rooms on this level. Bright, friendly furniture contributes to a sense of well-being and creates a pleasant atmosphere.

A covered loggia, equipped with a dining table, chairs and sofas, invites you to enjoy cozy meals outdoors and then end the evening in a convivial atmosphere with a glass of wine on comfortable seating. The 11 x 5 m swimming pool offers a refreshing dip. Shady parasols, deck chairs and loungers in the pool area promise rest and relaxation. Here in the pool area there is another external bathroom with a shower (unfortunately not in use for the 2021 season). A washing machine is also available to guests.

This luxury Tuscan villa is accessible via a paved access road and secured with an electric gate. There are three reserved parking spaces available for guests.

Villa Chianni 9 is the ideal holiday home for families or groups who want to spend a relaxing holiday together in beautiful scenery and a pleasant atmosphere and who also don't want to miss out on the company of their four-legged friends. Dogs are welcome here! In the fenced garden, “masters” or “mistresses” can let their lovely housemates run around without any worries.

In the immediate vicinity of Villa Chianni there are a number of small, typical towns that are worth a "discovery tour" (Casciana Terme, Terricciola, Peccioli, Lajatico - Andrea Bocelli's home village). The sea, e.g. B. the sandy beach of Vada is only approx. 33 km away, and the famous Tuscan art and cultural cities can also be easily reached on a day trip.
