The attractive holiday apartment Marti is located in the courtyard of a stately villa from the 15th century. It is on the 1st floor of a former warehouse, which has lost none of its impressive architecture after careful restoration. In FeWo Marti, only three walls were built to delimit the bathroom, otherwise the large open room (140 m²) was preserved with characteristic ceiling beams and a hipped roof. The bedroom is separated from the rest of the open space by a wooden wall.

The Marti holiday apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed, a large, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a large TV screen, a pool table that can be extended into a dining table for up to 10 or 12 people and a king-size bed. There are additional sleeping options in a large gallery: two single beds, which can also be put together to form a double bed. In total there is sleeping space for 6-7 people. The bathroom offers a large shower, bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet. There is also a second toilet and - on request - a shower room in the basement with a sink and toilet.

10 windows and a skylight ensure that the Marti holiday apartment appears very bright and friendly and is always well ventilated. The view – especially at sunset – is spectacular.

Outside, a typical courtyard dominated by a large cistern invites you to relax or have a cozy barbecue with friends or family.

Although the villa's historic garden is used by the owners, it offers plenty of space so that guests can also find their privacy. There is table football and table tennis, a large trampoline awaits the little guests and they can do laps here on their two or three wheelers. The 200 sqm roof terrace offers a wonderful view over the valley. Enjoying the colorful sunsets from here is an unforgettable experience.

The 10 x 12 m pool, which was only completed in 2015, is used by guests together with the owners and their friends and offers refreshment in the cool water. A number of loungers invite you to sunbathe and enjoy the beautiful nature that surrounds this unique piece of earth.

TO NOTE Due to a lack of security (railings) on the stairs from the open gallery down to the living room as well as on the outside stairs, we cannot describe this apartment as child-friendly! But there is plenty of space, toys and equipment for children here!

A play loft has been set up on the ground floor of the former warehouse (see photos in the photo gallery). Children's activities take place here from time to time! The two rooms, apartment and play loft, have been acoustically isolated from each other.

Various cultural initiatives are carried out in the play loft. The owners hold a certificate for a so-called “teaching farm”, which entitles them to hold courses and workshops for adults and children on topics relating to a farm. There is also close cooperation with a children's association, which has set itself the task of organizing playful, educational activities for children of all ages.
