Gaiole 6 water mill

The Gaiole 6 watermill is located together with the Villa Gaiole 4  and the Holiday home Gaiole 5 in a small hamlet right in the heart of the Chianti Classico area, just a few minutes' walk from the well-known town of Gaiole in Chianti. The holiday accommodation is a traditional Tuscan stone house surrounded by a well-kept garden. The building was originally a watermill. It has been carefully and faithfully renovated and divided into two independent holiday apartments, which can only be rented together and can accommodate 4 to 6 people.

Gaiole 6 is the ideal accommodation for a small family or two couples of friends. The apartments are on the ground floor and on the 1st floor and both have a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen-living room and two bathrooms each. In the kitchen-living room on the ground floor, a sofa bed offers two additional sleeping options for children up to 14 years old.
The bathrooms are equipped with hand and bath towels, and kitchen towels are also available in the fully equipped kitchens (oven and dishwasher). The bedding in the bedrooms is high quality. The holiday accommodation has a satellite flat screen TV and modern central heating, but can also be heated with a fireplace.
Free WiFi is of course available, as is parking in the immediate vicinity of the house.
The villa also has a beautiful, tiled terrace with a sun roof and views of the surrounding fields. There is a laundry room available for guests in the annex.

The Gaiole 6 watermill, as well as the Villa Gaiole 4 and the Gaiole 5 holiday home, are part of the Agriturismo Gaiole 2 as well as the Farm Gaiole 1 and  Country house Gaiole 3, which is located near the 3 houses. The agriturismo has a private lake to which guests of the Gaiole 6 watermill naturally have access.

The wonderful, private swimming lake is only approx. 600-700 m away and can be reached by car or easily on foot via a natural road. Guests of the water mill can park at the reception of the agriturismo and then walk the last 300 m to the lake. Not far from the estate, which specializes in the cultivation of grape vines (Chianti Classico) as well as olive and fruit trees, is the village of Gaiole in Chianti with shopping opportunities and an espresso bar in the small piazza.

There are a number of interesting destinations in the surrounding area for excursions, such as: B. historical buildings such as Castelli di Brolio, Columns, Meleto, Badia a Coltibuono or the medieval villages of Barbischio, Vertine and Radda in Chianti. The famous Tuscan cities of art and culture can also be easily reached by car, Siena in about 30 minutes, and Florence takes just under an hour. Last but not least, there are many Tuscan wineries in the area that sell the valuable grape juice directly and invite you to wine tasting.

The Eroica
