Tuscany cooking course for young and old!
Special offer from our business partner in the municipality of Crespina (Tuscany), which can be booked through us. The Tuscany cooking course for young and old begins with a ritual: all "test chefs" receive a chef's hat and an apron. Equipped with wicker baskets and/or a wheelbarrow, you then go to the in-house organic vegetable garden under the expert guidance of chef Patrizia and any cooking assistants. Not only are cultivated vegetables and herbs harvested there, but wild plants and herbs are also sought out and collected... and all the insider tips on botany from "Grandma's" kitchen are explained. Depending on the harvest, the menu is drawn up and back in the kitchen you can get started: the chef first demonstrates each step to the course participants and then provides helpful support when the "test chefs" get to work themselves. During the cooking lessons you are strengthened and pampered with small snacks and drinks! When all the dishes are ready, we eat together.
