Your comment/rating:
We were very satisfied with the accommodation and especially with the great facilities and the fantastic care provided by Davide and Elisa.
Cleanliness of the domicile:
Everything is great. I would like to see one improvement: proper fly screens on the bathroom window - the mesh is currently too coarse and tends to keep geckos etc. away. The cleaners should also remove cobwebs from the corners 🙂 But apart from that, everything is really neat and clean.
Condition of the facility/equipment:
Our apartment was a bit old, but solid and comfortable. The complex itself is great and very well maintained!
Service/customer friendliness of the landlord on site:
Great!
Toscana Forum service:
Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

For the second time we decided to spend a holiday in Terricciola in the Tuscany 3 holiday apartment with the Santoni family.
This time we booked for two weeks because one week was simply too short the first time. Our teenagers, our dogs and we really enjoyed our time again. The complex is a little paradise and the hospitality of the Santoni family is simply perfect. Be it because of the delicious tomatoes from the garden, the organized wine tasting or the lovely evening in the incredibly delicious Tuscan restaurant. We have now prepared a panzanella at home and enjoyed a good white wine from the wine tasting.
Terricciola is also perfect for trips to the surrounding area. Be it the beautiful dog beach at Cecina, Lucca, Siena, Volterra and others.
We were definitely not there for the last time.
Warm greetings especially to Irene and Roberto
from the Maßfeller family

Dear Ms. Santoni,
We were able to spend a wonderful and very relaxing holiday in your holiday apartment Toscana 3 in Terricciola with our two children and our two dogs.
The very clean and lovingly maintained facility of your parents was ideal for the children, the dogs and of course for us. We could all relax and really enjoyed the great location with the wonderful view.
Whether in restaurants or on excursions in the area, we were always welcome with our two dogs.
Your friendly, quick and competent advice when selecting our holiday apartment was simply great. It's definitely not the last time we've booked with you.
With kind regards

Dear Ms. Santoni,
You are welcome to publish our opinion.
We spent two wonderful weeks at your father's holiday resort. The apartment was extremely clean, the garden was extremely lovingly landscaped and maintained and the playground and play equipment were ideal for our two children.
We particularly liked the family atmosphere and eating together.
Well suited to recover and unwind after strenuous sightseeing...
We'd love to come back!

Dear Ms. Santoni,
Now we are back home and would love to go back to Tuscany in this weather. We really enjoyed our 14 days with your parents. The shared meals were particularly great. We had already spoken to your mother about whether it would be possible to come back next year.
We would like to take the same apartment, Tuscany 3. Travel time: xx.xx.2014 to xx.xx.2014,[...]
It would be nice if it worked.
Kind regards, L. Sachse
