Very quiet complex with only a few houses and a private swimming lake. Beautifully located with a view and the swimming lake was still great for swimming even in October. A pizzeria is open in the complex otherwise it was very quiet. Great for hiking around the Castelli. Very beautiful forests with chestnut trees. Extremely friendly care from the manager Eleonora.!

Condition of the facility/equipment:

very good, only the stove is a little older, but it didn't bother us at all

Service/customer friendliness of the landlord on site:

Excellent, even in the off-season as the only guests. Always available and great hiking tips.

Toscana Forum service:

Very good, but we couldn't implement the restaurant tips because a lot of things were already closed.

The best holiday destination we have ever had in Italy, luxurious and cozy, quiet and yet very well located. Tastefully decorated, nice furniture and lots of space. We were completely undisturbed and had our “own” lake. Maybe we will come back here, although we would like to get to know other areas in Italy. Unfortunately also quite expensive.

Cleanliness of the domicile:

very clean, no complaints

Condition of the facility/equipment:

Nothing was missing, in and around the house and in the kitchen. Nevertheless, we preferred to go to the still very good and affordable restaurants (very different to Germany).

Service/customer friendliness of the landlord on site:

perfect and very friendly

The holiday apartment PA21 is a beautiful apartment in which you feel comfortable. Located on a slope (steep, short driveway), in absolutely quiet surroundings and surrounded by olive trees and cypresses. The equipment is great and even in bad weather you won't feel overwhelmed. The swimming lake some distance away is also really nice with wooden jetties, loungers and parasols. Unfortunately we weren't able to test it due to the cold weather. The apartment's heating worked perfectly; It was already comfortably warm when we arrived. Thank you very much, dear Eleonora! Also for setting the TV; the German programs were saved to the first places. There was also very tasty olive oil and really good wine from the area on site and the fridge was well stocked with food and drink when we arrived.

Everything is in good order and sparkling clean.

Condition of the facility/equipment:

Very good. There was nothing missing.

Service/customer friendliness of the landlord on site:

Eleonora does a really good job and is cheerful and friendly. Everything worked perfectly and in a wonderful atmosphere. She speaks - apart from Italian of course - German and English very well.
