Hello Ms. Santoni,

we had a very nice vacation. Special mention should be made of our landlady, who really went out of her way to look after us.

She was very friendly, always available and provided us with good information and tips. What surprised us was how difficult the access to the house was. After a failed attempt, we didn't drive our VW bus onto the property and parked further down the mountain on the normal street. The landlady helped us again with the luggage transport.

Our dog was very welcome and we could really use the information about beaches for dogs to swim in. We were only there for a week, but we could easily have filled a second week with activities.

It was a shame that the various vouchers for the shops were all far away from where we lived and so we didn't redeem any of them spontaneously. The Alpi Apuane are very attractive, especially if you want to do some hiking like we did.

I would like to thank you and your team for arranging the holiday home in Pietrasanta. Your support before our trip was very professional and very friendly.

Your recommendation of the house Pietrasanta 1 was a hit for us; it is beautifully located in the vineyards of Ripa. You have a fantastic view of the sea, which we particularly enjoyed in the morning while having breakfast on the terrace under the lemon tree.

The associated garden was lovingly landscaped and we were allowed to help ourselves and cooked in the evening in the great kitchen with rosemary, sage and lemon juice. The landlady, Ms. Susanna B., who lives about 50 meters below the holiday home, was very warm and friendly, brought us a bottle of wine on the evening of our arrival and in the morning we received freshly laid eggs from her chickens, which were raised together with the friendly billy goat Frankie live on their property. Otherwise she was very pleasantly reserved and we had our domain completely undisturbed to ourselves for a week.

The house is very tastefully and stylishly furnished, especially with its staircase from the kitchen to the bedrooms. You can also easily get up using the stairs outside. The bathroom is small but functional and clean. When you shower you can look out over the vineyards and out to sea!

The house and grounds were also the perfect place for our dog; The area is completely (but barely visible) fenced in so that she could run freely there. Mia, Mrs. B.'s dog, is a calm, friendly and very tolerable character who came to visit us from time to time. We went on numerous hikes in the area during the week of our stay. This is highly recommended and uniquely beautiful, for example in the Apuan Alps (Grotta all'Onda), near Compignano, near Ripafratta, near Massa e Cozzile, near Montefoscoli...

What you should know is that the climb to the house is quite steep. You need a little breath and fitness, especially with luggage. But you get used to it and are rewarded every time with the stunning view.

Since we were there very early in the year and the nights were still quite cool, we had to use the heating. It took some time for the house to warm up. But that's probably irrelevant for most of the year.

There is no “living room” in the classic sense in the house, nor is there a television (but the WIFI works perfectly). Life takes place in the kitchen or on the terrace.

It was the perfect place for us and we can highly recommend it. You are welcome to publish this assessment on your website.

I would be happy to tell you about our Tuscany vacation in Pietrasanta. First of all - we had a really great and relaxing holiday!

Booking through you worked great. Originally, four of us—my sister, my mother, my dog ​​and I—wanted to travel to Tuscany. Unfortunately, our mother fell ill shortly before the start of the trip, so the three of us stayed. In retrospect, this wasn't so bad, as the location of the house and the associated climb was/is very steep and strenuous. This would certainly not have been easy for our mother and could perhaps be included in the description. This would perhaps have been the only small criticism if my mother had been able to travel with us.

For us, the climb was strenuous (especially with luggage), but easy to master. You were rewarded with a wonderful view. The house was as described in the description and we felt very comfortable. I will always remember the evenings on the terrace with the fantastic view over Pietrasanta (sometimes as far as Corsica).

Our hosts, especially Mrs. Susanne (who speaks perfect German), tried very hard to look after us, and we were able to turn to them with many questions about excursion destinations, good wine and much more.

The most important thing for me was that I was welcome everywhere with my dog. Since we were traveling in the off-season, we were actually able to take the dog with us on all the beaches. But it was particularly great in Viareggio (approx. 20 minutes drive), where there is a 2 km long “free” beach where the dogs can run, play and swim freely.

Those were really great, unforgettable afternoons. I was actually very pleasantly surprised that Italians generally react so positively to dogs (they have a much worse reputation). There wasn't a restaurant where the dog wasn't allowed. It certainly won't be my last vacation in Tuscany.

So for me it was a completely successful vacation at the right time. Nice weather but not too hot anymore. The sea is still pleasantly warm, but the beaches are no longer overcrowded... What more could you want?

This positive impression was already confirmed when we made the reservation and contacted you. Every question was answered promptly and friendly, making the booking process very easy and pleasant.

Today, almost 2 weeks later, we are still absolutely thrilled with the accommodation itself. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The same applies to the spacious garden area, which invites you to spend long, cozy summer evenings even in September. The view of the sea at sunrise is simply fantastic.

I would particularly like to emphasize the care provided by the landlady. Ms. Susanna speaks perfect German and takes care of your guests' questions, big and small. The narrow and steep approach to the property is not to be despised; this requires a bit of skill, especially with large cars. For 4 people, the accommodation was the perfect basis for us to combine a beach, hiking and cultural holiday.

We can only warmly recommend both your internet platform and the holiday apartment.
