Yes, we are happy to reserve for next year, a week or 8 days.
We don't care from which day exactly.
MINUS POINTS:
The brown bathroom: Some of the tiles behind the sink are cracked, some of the joints in the shower cubicle are brown, and the cupboards are yellowed
Built-in cupboards in both bedrooms are partly functional, shelves are missing
A few sockets don't work
The WiFi was too slow for the children (but that doesn't mean anything, they also complain about that here in Garéoult)
PROS:
House & facility
- good & relatively new air conditioning units in the two bedrooms and living room
- 5 sleeping accommodations
- Beautiful green garden, not visible from the neighboring garden including 2 loungers, table, chairs
- Kitchen appliances & cleaning equipment are completely sufficient for everyday life
- Washing machine, dishwasher, stove (induction) work perfectly
- very well-kept and quiet area, you can only hear some of the music from the Tahiti Beach beach bar in the garden from 16 p.m., but I thought it was good!
- 2 table tennis tables by the pool, one of which is indoors (you have to bring your own rackets)
- Indoor fitness room by the pool, although few and old machines, but at least!
- 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house, additional parking spaces directly behind the entrance gate of the residence
- Garbage collection daily: simply place a garbage bag in front of the garden gate before 9 a.m
Distances
The location of the residence is really ***** for me.
- Walk to Tahiti Beach max. 10 minutes, 3 minutes by bike - the way there is downhill, the way home is uphill
- alternating between a piece of free beach and a "stabilimento" - depending on what you feel like
- you can walk the entire Pampelonne Bay along the beach (I did half of it in 45 minutes)
- by car to St. Tropez about 10 minutes, road without traffic jams, several parking garages and the large parking lot at the harbor
- by car to the village of Ramatuelle about 15 minutes, there is a market on Sunday - very, very sweet
- There is also an electric bus that runs relatively regularly to St. Tropez about 100m from the entrance to the residence
- Mountain bikes, Vespas, e-scooters etc. can be rented from "Blue Bikes" or directly in St. Tropez.
You can find restaurants
- Pomme de Pin, about 100m from the residence. We weren't there ourselves, but it looks great & has a Gault Milout star
- Beach restaurants Tahiti Beach, Orangery etc., approx. 170-200 € for an evening or lunch for four
- Beach bar "Tono" on Tamaris Beach (approx. 10 minutes walk along the beach) - great for a midday snack, sandwich for €8 or salad for €12.
- St. Tropez: at the back of the harbor, Italian restaurant "Sicilia" - the boys think they have never eaten such delicious pizza.
There you eat the pizza in meters: "1/5m" or "1m".
