Recommendation: Yes.

the covered terrace, the view, the location between the olive trees, the distance to the beach and supermarket - we were really impressed by all of that. We had our bikes with us and were able to reach everything easily. Unfortunately, Follonica itself is not a feast for the eyes, but the long, flat beach scores points! Good starting point for excursions.

Would you book this property again?: Very gladly!

Cleanliness of the domicile: Everything was very clean!!! The garbage bags outside would have liked to have been emptied once in a while
Condition of the furnishings/equipment: Everything was good, we slept very well in the pretty four-poster bed. We hardly used the living room. …………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
Unfortunately, there was very little porcelain (bowls, serving plates, etc.), kitchen utensils and glasses (especially wine glasses) in the kitchen. A bit unpleasant when you cook on the great stove every day

Service/customer friendliness of the landlord on site: Very friendly, upon arrival there was a welcome basket with local food. There was also a short “introduction” with a city map and excursion options. After a nighttime storm with a power outage and water in the living room, we would have liked to have been asked briefly the next morning about how we were or, in general, whether everything was OK

Price-performance ratio: Absolutely ok!

Very nice apartment with a fantastic view of the sea. Landlords are very friendly and helpful. If you want to spend a quiet vacation, this is the right place for you.

Recommendation: Yes.

Completely satisfied. Absolutely recommended place and a beautiful house! Since we were there a little outside of the season, it was also a great price-performance ratio.
We were 4 adults and 4 children, it went smoothly (but nothing more ;-). Because the Grande apartment is on two floors and has a large terrace, you always had some “space” for yourself. Baby cot was provided especially for us, very nice!
One of the 3 bedrooms in the basement is a bit gloomy as there is only a small light/air shaft and no window. So more or less without daylight... The other two rooms are even nicer.
Small disadvantage: Hardly possible without a car as it is a bit remote from the center (up on the hill). But it wasn't a problem for us. But there is a beautiful view over the olive grove to the sea.
5-10 minutes drive to various beaches, all very clean and beautiful (no “requirement to have deck chairs”, everything is freely accessible).

Condition of the furnishings/equipment: Good condition, nice furnishings! Some of the rooms were a bit poorly equipped (mainly kitchen utensils and no basic supplies of spices, etc.), and there were no kitchen towels, dishcloths, etc. available. But still came when asked. Trash cans were completely missing (bathroom and kitchen), garbage separation station in front of the door.
Service/customer friendliness of the landlord on site: Very nice landlady, everything was great.
