Each apartment is on the first floor under a loggia, covers an area of ​​around 90 square meters and is suitable for up to 7 people.

It has a living room with a dining table, chairs and a sofa or sofa bed (CI21plus and BE21plus).

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic hob, a microwave, and a machine for coffee, tea and cappuccino.

There is also a television, a fan and, upon request, a vacuum cleaner.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer.
