The third apartment in the house is located on the second floor. The use of bamboo, natural materials, and harmonious color accents creates a stylish combination of elegance and homely warmth.

The spacious kitchen boasts a window offering a picturesque view across the rolling Tuscan hills. Thanks to its high-quality appliances, including a coffee machine and ample work surface, cooking here becomes a relaxing experience.

The bedroom, lovingly decorated as the "Bamboo Room," accommodates two people. Another room – the "Blue Room" – is ideal for two additional guests.

The living area also features a comfortable sofa bed. The spacious bathroom combines classic and modern elements, elegant materials such as marble, and functional amenities including a hairdryer.

The staircase leads directly to the terrace and garden – a perfect place to relax outdoors. Thanks to heating and air conditioning, the palazzo is habitable year-round. The thick natural stone walls ensure a pleasantly balanced indoor climate, while the master bedroom also features air conditioning for added comfort.

During the summer months of June to August, the village swimming pool, located just a few minutes' walk away, offers a welcome respite from the heat on warm days.

The tower room is usually assigned to this apartment, but can also be flexibly booked in conjunction with one of the other units. This allows you to tailor your stay at the Palazzo to your individual needs – depending on how many people are traveling with you.

The spacious room, with its characteristic sloping ceilings, exudes a very special charm and offers two sleeping spaces as well as a pull-out sofa bed, ideal for two children. An en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink, and bidet provides added convenience.

A special highlight awaits you one floor higher: Above the tower room is the observation tower, from which a breathtaking 360° panoramic view opens up over the entire Maremma to the sea.
