The Montepulciano holiday apartment is located on the premises of the Montepulciano holiday home and is located in the so-called main house. This is a very spacious holiday home that can comfortably accommodate 10 people to a maximum of 14 people.

The very spacious living room has a well-equipped kitchenette and offers a cozy fireplace for the cold season. There are a total of five bedrooms with double beds and five shower rooms.

The individual rooms are attractive and friendly, furnished in Tuscan style. Television reception is digital terrestrial. The holiday apartment has both heating and air conditioning and has WiFi. The outdoor terrace belonging to the apartment is furnished with a table, chairs and deck chairs and has parasols. The barbecue area for cozy barbecue evenings is located in the spacious garden, which is available to guests in shared use with the tenants of the Cottage Montepulciano (also on the premises). The extensive, park-like area covers around 2.000 square meters, but is not fenced.

A swimming pool (7m x 15m) with loungers and parasols is available and is also available for shared use, as is the separate children's pool. Parking is of course available on site.
Guests have the opportunity to book various interesting activities or services in the immediate vicinity, such as wine tastings or cooking courses. There is also a Vespa rental, so you have the unique chance to discover the surroundings on the most typical of all Italian means of transport, namely a Vespa.
This location also offers a number of day trips to interesting destinations, both in Tuscany and Umbria.
