After consultation with “our” landlords in Italy, we can pass on the following cancellation conditions to you, dear customers.
The following special conditions have been agreed to by all landlords for all holiday homes in our portal.
1. In the event of force majeure and a consequent travel ban in the destination area, you are entitled to a refund of the deposit paid or to a free cancellation.
2. In the event of a travel warning, the landlord will grant you a voucher or rebooking for periods up to the end of the following year.
We were also able to negotiate more extensive cancellation conditions with a number of landlords. Below you will find the list of holiday homes that have also introduced this much reduced cancellation scale. For the respective accommodations, in the “Cancellation conditions | Book without risk”, you will find detailed information about the cancellation scales.

The country house Volterra 2 is idyllically located in the middle of a park-like garden and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. The rustic farmhouse in typical Tuscan style dates back to the 19th century. At that time the building served as a brickworks. On the next property is our own olive oil mill.
