This attractive rustic stone house is located in a panoramic location surrounded by green nature. The small town of Bolgheri, known among wine connoisseurs and famous for its fine wines, is not far and the nearest sandy beach is only about 10 km away.

The living space of the Cottage Guardistallo extends over 75 square meters and offers enough space for 4 people. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, which offers additional sleeping space for 2 people. The eat-in kitchen, which is open to the living room, has a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining table. The beds in the two bedrooms are a double bed and a French bed.

In addition to a shower room, there is also a guest toilet and a storage room with a washing machine. The furnishings in the living area are modern and functional, the bedrooms are furnished in the usual Tuscan style.

Air conditioning, WiFi and digital terrestrial TV are of course included.
Outside, guests have another 200 square meters at their disposal, a terrace furnished with a table, chairs and parasol as well as a garden area and parking space on the property. A barbecue is available.

When it comes to meals, Cottage Guardistallo has something special to offer. They are directly opposite Bed and Breakfast Guardistallo with a restaurant, a bar and a delicatessen owned by the same owner as the cottage. Here you can have a tempting breakfast served in the morning.

The perfect basis for a successful day is fresh croissants from the oven, bread with tomatoes, schiacciata with and without diced bacon, cheese from the region and much more. Focacce and various antipasti are served here at lunchtime. In the evenings, typical dishes from Tuscan cuisine are on the menu at the family-run Osteria.

People proudly refer to their grandmother's collection of recipes, which they still use today. Most of the processed vegetables come from the in-house garden, which is organically grown and whose products are also sold in the delicatessen.

Let yourself be pampered by the taste and traditions of Tuscan cuisine and round off your enjoyment with the region's excellent wines. In addition to the famous wine specialties from Bolgheri, there are a number of small local winemakers whose fine wines are definitely worth tasting.

In addition to its proximity to Bolgheri, the location also offers a lot of other interesting excursion destinations. Volterra is also just a stone's throw away and there are also day tours e.g. B. to San Gimignano, Livorno, Pisa, Lucca or Siena are ideal.
Bathing enthusiasts will find the first beach (La California) about 10 kilometers away. Just a little further away are the beaches of Bibbona and Castagneto Carducci and there is also a dog beach nearby.
