The living space consists of a living room with fireplace, a large, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine). There are also two bedrooms, each with double beds, as well as an open gallery with a sofa bed for two people and three bathrooms, each with a shower.

The bathrooms are equipped with hand and bath towels, and kitchen towels are also available in the fully equipped kitchens (oven and dishwasher). The bedding in the bedrooms is high quality. The villa has a satellite flat screen TV in the living room as well as modern central heating, but can also be heated with a fireplace. The beautiful, private swimming lake is only a few hundred meters away and can be reached by car or easily on foot via a natural road. This estate specializes in the cultivation of vines, olive and fruit trees.
