This attractive historic property offers two charming holiday apartments in a stunning hilltop location with panoramic views of the Mediterranean. There are also 3 additional residential units here that are rented out to other people.
The 2 holiday apartments can accommodate 4 or 5 people and guarantee privacy and confidentiality. They have their own garden area, parking spaces and a communal pool in the park. A stay here feels like a trip back in time. Enjoy the charm of the historic property, which originally dates back to the 12th century and was recently renovated! There are a total of three apartments, two of which are available for guests: OL3E with the original “knight's hall” and the beautiful garden area and TE41, which with its panoramic terrace offers a breathtaking view of the coast and the islands of the Tuscan archipelago. The third larger apartment is rented to someone else.
The two apartments are furnished in Tuscan style and offer a cozy living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchenette as well as two bedrooms each. TE41 has two double bedrooms, while UL3E has one double and one twin bedroom. The bathrooms are equipped with showers. Each apartment also has its own outdoor area.
The property is surrounded by a large park with communal areas and has a newly built swimming pool, terraces with century-old olive trees and a spectacular panorama.
The location in the village of Pieve a Elici is unique. Just a few meters away is the impressive Romanesque parish church of San Pantaleone, which has watched over the plain since the 11th century. From the house and the park you can enjoy an incomparable view over the entire coast from Livorno to Forte dei Marmi and, on clear days, even to the islands of the Tuscan archipelago.
Discover the romantic Lake Massaciuccoli, the favorite place of the maestro Giacomo Puccini, who composed his most famous works on its shores. You can also admire the unique panorama of the peaks of the Apuan Alps.
The owners are always on site and will greet you upon your arrival. They are always available if you have any questions or need help.
