The holiday home Montepulciano 1 is located in eastern Tuscany, not far from the border with Umbria. It offers two different holiday accommodations, a very spacious main house that can accommodate 10 to a maximum of 14 people, and a small cottage with space for two people. The main house in particular is ideal for larger groups.

The cottage has a living room with a separate kitchenette, a double bedroom and a shower room.

In addition to a spacious living room with fireplace and kitchenette, the main house offers a total of five bedrooms with double beds and the luxury of five shower rooms.

The furnishings in both houses are attractive and in Tuscan style. The kitchens are comfortable and generously equipped. The television reception is digital terrestrial, air conditioning is available. Unfortunately, there is only good Wi-Fi internet reception in the main house; the signal in the cottage is very weak.

As far as the outdoor facilities are concerned, both accommodations have terraces furnished with a table, chairs and deckchairs and equipped with parasols.

A spacious garden of 2.000 square meters is available to guests for shared use, although unfortunately it is not fenced in. There is also a swimming pool (7m x 15m) with loungers and parasols and an additional children's pool for all guests.

A special barbecue area provides cozy outdoor barbecue evenings. Parking is available on site.

In the immediate vicinity there is the possibility of various activities, such as: B. wine tastings or cooking courses, and services (such as Vespa rental). The latter offers you the chance to discover the surrounding area of ​​the holiday home in a typically Italian way, namely on a Vespa.

The location proves to be extremely convenient for day trips to interesting destinations in both Tuscany and Umbria. In addition to Montepulciano, Monticchiello, Pienza and Cortona are not far and trips to Arezzo, Siena and Perugia as well as Lake Trasimeno are also possible.
