These two pretty, new, bright and friendly holiday apartments await you in the heart of Tuscany, more precisely in the small village of Selvatelle, which is part of the wine town of Terricciola. The house was recently completely renovated. On the ground floor, 2 comfortable, modern wheelchair-accessible holiday homes have been created (with WiFi access, air conditioning and washing machine), each of which offers space for 65 and 40 people on approx. 5 square meters and 3 square meters of living space. The landlords live on the upper floor. All 3 apartments have separate entrances. The living area of ​​both apartments has a kitchenette with a dishwasher, a dining table and a sofa corner with a television. The bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom. The Grande apartment (65 sqm) is designed and dimensioned to be wheelchair accessible and one bathroom is wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, access to the pool area is not wheelchair accessible. You can only get to the pool area via 3-4 stairs. There is a terrace area around each apartment, accessible via a wide door from the living room. Here, a lounge area furnished with a table, chairs and parasol invites you to linger outside. A barbecue is available so that cozy barbecue evenings are guaranteed. Right next to the house there is a fenced garden area with a pool that is only available to guests. Deck chairs and parasols invite you to relax and dream. Enjoy the wonderful view over the Tuscan landscape from here! The Selvatelle holiday home is approximately 1,5 km from the village of Selvatelle. It is approx. 4 km to the main town of Terricciola. The area is famous as a wine region, both in Terricciola itself and in the surrounding area there are famous wineries and wineries that invite you to visit and taste. The famous tourist magnets of Tuscany, the cities of art and culture, such as: Pisa, Volterra, Lucca and Florence can easily be reached from Selvatelle by car on a day trip. The distance to the sea is approx. 40 km.
