The spacious holiday apartment Soiana is located in the typical medieval Tuscan village of Soiana, which is part of the wine town of Terricciola. A perfect place to experience the Italian dolce vita amidst the beautiful Tuscan countryside with its cypresses, vineyards and olive groves. From the ground floor you can reach the first floor via an entrance area with ceiling frescoes and stairs, where the entrance door of the Soiana holiday apartment is located, which extends over two levels and is suitable for 1-4 people. A spacious hallway leads to a large, bright living room with a kitchenette and dining area. Two windows let in lots of light and also offer a wonderful view, far across the valley to Pisa. On this level you will also find a bedroom with 6 beds and a shower room. A spiral staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor with sloping ceilings. Here there is another large bedroom with a double bed, a second shower room and a storage room. The historic building dates back to the 2th century. It has recently been completely renovated and converted into several individual apartments (only a few of which are holiday apartments) with a swimming pool, private garden and parking space. During the restoration, emphasis was placed on using original materials. The ceilings were equipped with wooden beams, the ceiling frescoes were preserved and hand-made terracotta tiles were used for the floors. In the large garden there is a pool for guests to use, equipped with loungers, as well as tables and chairs for shared use. The village of Soiana is just 17 minutes drive from Pisa Airport and 25 minutes from the Etruscan Coast. Florence can be reached in about an hour, as can Lucca and Forte di Marmi. It takes 35 minutes to drive to Volterra, and it takes about the same time to get to the 30-hole golf course in Castelfalfi (18 minutes).
