The beautiful Chianni holiday apartments are located in the heart of Tuscany and offer magnificent views of the surrounding hills. Twelve apartments of varying sizes invite you to relax and unwind.

Only two of these are available for rent. All have a separate entrance, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and living room with dining area; some have a terrace, others a veranda or private garden. 

The meticulous, authentic renovation utilized valuable and recycled materials, carefully preserving the characteristic architecture of the old Tuscan farmhouses. The result is a collection of spacious holiday apartments in the traditional Tuscan style, equipped with modern amenities. Each apartment is individually and tastefully furnished and features a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, heating and cooling, and a private parking space.

Within the fully fenced grounds, guests have access to a communal garden. The pool is open for a refreshing swim from mid-May to the end of September. In April and October, its opening depends on the weather.

Thanks to their strategic location, just a 5-minute walk from the center of Chianni's charming historic center, the Chianni 8 apartments are an ideal base for exploring Tuscany's most famous destinations, such as Florence, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Siena, Bolgheri, and Montalcino. The coast, with its seaside resorts like Baratti, Castiglioncello, Viareggio, and Forte dei Marmi, is also easily accessible by car. Those who prefer thermal baths will find them in nearby Casciana Terme.

Last but not least is the “Teatro del Silenzio”, the famous amphitheater of the renowned singer. Andrea Bocelli, just 20 km from the holiday apartments Chianni 8.
