The Rosignano holiday apartments are located only about 6 km from the Etruscan coast near the village of Rosignano Marittimo and are surrounded by olive and pine groves. The hilltop location guarantees a wonderful view of the sea, which glitters in different colors - between emerald green and deep blue.

The 5 Rosignano holiday apartments offer comfortable furnishings and are individually furnished in different sizes, each with an outdoor terrace, equipped with a fireplace or barbecue, and a bathroom made of Carrara marble. as well as satellite TV and free internet access. There is also a small children's playground with swings on site. Parking is available for all guests of the Rosignano holiday apartments and dogs are welcome here!

The immediate proximity to the coast invites you to a wonderful beach holiday. Light sandy beaches, like Vada, alternate with the darker beaches of Marina di Castagneto, Bibbona and Cecina, not forgetting the idyllic sandy bay of Quercetano di Castiglioncello, surrounded by rocks. The sea not only attracts with postcard colors, but has also been awarded the EU blue flag because of its excellent quality. On the coast between Livorno and Piombino there are some places worth seeing: Castiglioncello, Vada, Cecina, Marina di Castagneto. On the other hand, we do not recommend visiting the “Spiaggie Bianche”.

Natural parks stretch across large parts of the Etruscan coast, where the colors and scents of a landscape dominated by dense pine forests promise peace and relaxation. In the middle of the hills and forests, just a stone's throw from the sea, small medieval villages such as Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Suvereto and Campiglia Marittima beckon.

The first settlements in this area emerged right by the sea and date back to Etruscan times. History buffs will find many interesting finds of Etruscan and Roman life in the Baratti-Populonia archaeological park and some museums.

The gastronomic diversity of the Etruscan coast is legendary. This is how you find e.g. B. countless delicious fish dishes from the cacciucco famous in Livorno to the black squid risotto. Enjoy imaginatively prepared dentex, sea bream, calamari, crabs and the rediscovered “blue fish”!

Away from the coast, the famous meat of the Chianina cattle dominates the menus or you can find game dishes, wild boar or hare, always in combination with vegetables. Don't forget to try the typical regional cheeses, as well as honey, bread, chickpea cakes and other sweet and savory delicacies.

The best DOC wines in the area such as Sassicaia and Ornellaia are famous all over the world and come from the so-called wine route that leads from Bolgheri, via Val di Cornia to Bibbona!
