Terricciola Estate: a winery of suggestive beauty.
Both the stately manor house with its adjoining wineries and the dining room as well as the three outbuildings of this majestic residence belong to a spacious estate with beautiful vineyards, which is located in a wonderful panoramic position on the highest point of the hill.
The buildings have been carefully and lovingly restored and equipped with all modern comforts. Inside, materials such as clay, wood and wrought iron reflect warmth and traditional flair. The bedrooms of all apartments are furnished with wrought iron beds and antique wardrobes. The ceilings of the apartments were decorated with wooden beams in the old Tuscan tradition, details that contribute to the charm and local character of the holiday apartments and transport guests back to an ambience of a bygone era.
In addition to their ideal location in the triangle between the Tuscan art cities of Pisa, Florence and Siena, the apartments in this country estate also score points with various services. So there is e.g. B. a breakfast service, guided tours of the wineries as well as wine tastings and “team time” with tea and cookies, mountain bikes and much more. This beautiful residence with winery is “bike-friendly” and is located on the Route Terre di Pisa Bike Trail. Finally, it should be noted that there are various golf courses and tennis courts in the surrounding area. (There is also more information about this below).

There are 12 charming holiday apartments in the Terricciola estate.
- In the manor house: 5-room apartment. TE5, AL5 and 2-room apartment. CO2, CA2, CH2, BO2
On the 1st and 2nd floors, the manor house offers 2 very spacious and particularly bright 5-room apartments.
Four comfortable 4-room apartments have been created on the ground floor.
- In the next building 1: 3-room apartment. GI3 and 2-room apartment. CI2
On the right of the manor house is side house 1, which originally served as a warehouse for the Terricciola estate. Here too, the materials used for restoration and furnishing (clay, wood and wrought iron) give the two apartments a particularly romantic touch and a warm atmosphere. The 2 residential units (a 2-room apartment and a 3-room apartment) can be combined to form a spacious 5-room apartment for single use.
- In neighboring house 2 (former hay barn): Lofts GI2, O2M, O2V
On the other side of the courtyard, a little further in the front area and parallel to the cypress avenue, is neighboring house 2. In earlier times, this building served as a “haystack”. During the restoration, every effort was made to preserve the typical architecture of the building as true to the original as possible. One example is the load-bearing external walls, which still have the old ventilation slots on the upper gallery level that were used to ventilate the rooms. Today the slots have been glazed so that no more air can pass through, but the sun can shine in! This creates interesting plays of light, which, together with the materials used for the renovation (clay, wood and wrought iron), also give these 3 loft holiday apartments with an open sleeping gallery a romantic and cozy flair.

By default you book one Apartment category at the above prices. The reception can assign each customer any apartment in the booked category. You can of course express a wish and have us note it in the contract, but there is no guarantee that the wish will actually be fulfilled.
