The country house Volterra 2 is idyllically located in the middle of a park-like garden and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. The rustic farmhouse in typical Tuscan style dates back to the 19th century. At that time the building served as a brickworks. A comprehensive and careful restoration placed great emphasis on preserving the original character of the house with terracotta floors, stone walls and beamed ceilings. Five comfortable holiday apartments of different sizes were created, all with private and furnished outdoor areas, shower rooms, individual heating and a living room with a fireplace. The kitchenettes have an oven or microwave, four hotplates, a refrigerator and dishes. The outdoor areas are furnished with a table, chairs and parasol. A little oasis, ideal for a vacation with family or friends!
The Volterra country house is about 30 m from a road that leads to Volterra and the property is completely fenced.
A breakfast is included in the apartment price. Other services are offered at an additional cost, such as: B. daily linen change, firewood, aperitif at sunset or a Tuscan dinner on the terrace, which is possible daily by reservation (at breakfast time at the latest).
A swimming pool in the garden invites you to take a refreshing dip and a vegetable garden is also available to guests.
In the property right next door is the family's olive oil mill, where native Extra virgin olive oil for tasting is offered.
In Volterra, the landlord owns a well-known restaurant directly on the Piazza dei Priori and also in the historic center of Lajatico. The family also owns a bed & breakfast and 2 studio holiday apartments here.
