Approximately 6 km from San Miniato, in a very quiet location in an old borgo from the early 17th century, is the country residence San Miniato 2. The exposed location on a hill guarantees a fantastic view over the hilly landscape.
The Borgo was originally a country estate with a villa and various outbuildings. After careful restoration, a number of holiday apartments of different sizes with modern comforts have been created (air conditioning, heating, microwave, Wi-Fi access).
Most of them are in the San Miniato country residence, two others are in a small annex. In addition to the typical terracotta floors, all apartments have a cozy kitchen-living room furnished in Tuscan style and attractively furnished rooms. Bathrooms and kitchens are well equipped.
The pretty garden offers a pool (19 x 8 m) with underwater massage, as well as a lawn where guests can relax after a refreshing swim and enjoy the wonderful view. On request it is possible to order breakfast, which will be served in a designated room. If you are interested, wine tastings and other tastings can also be offered at the San Miniato country residence. Shops and restaurants are 2 to 3 km away.
