The luxury villa Toscana Peccioli 4 is in the small village of the municipality peccioli located in the heart of Tuscany. The two-story house is surrounded by a beautiful, terraced, fenced garden and offers a unique panoramic view of the Tuscan hills.

In addition to the idyllic location, this holiday home scores with its proximity to Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa or Lucca and the Tyrrhenian Sea with its wonderful sandy beaches can also be easily reached on a day trip. With a total living space of 400 square meters, the house offers enough space for 10-13 people. On the ground floor there is a large, bright, fully equipped kitchen with a glass door to the terrace. Both the kitchen and the hallway lead to the dining room, equipped with a large dining table, fireplace and television. A glass door also leads from here to the terrace.

In the living-dining room next door, hand paintings decorate the walls. In addition to a corner sofa, there is another large dining table. An additional living or reading room on the ground floor with a double sofa and desk is opposite the kitchen. The total of five bedrooms are divided into a twin room on the ground floor with a walk-in closet and further bedrooms on the upper floor: a three-bed room and three double bedrooms (one with a canopy), equipped with wrought iron beds.

This luxury villa Toscana has a total of three bathrooms, including a shower room with toilet on the ground floor. Of the two bathrooms with toilets on the upper floor, one is equipped with a whirlpool tub and two sinks, the other is a small shower room. The large, stone-covered terrace in front of the house is partially shaded by a pergola. There is a seating area with two armchairs, a barbecue and a wrought iron table with a marble top that can accommodate up to eight people. Another seating area with great views – also under a wisteria-covered pergola – is on the other side of the house.

A staircase leads from the large terrace to the pool (12 x 4 m and 1,3 m deep), which is available from May to October, depending on the weather. On one side there is a whirlpool area with six Jacuzzi jets, on the other side of the pool a Roman staircase leads into the water. From the pool terrace you can enjoy the wonderful panoramic views. Loungers invite you to relax under parasols. A little to the side of the pool, under a pergola, there is another cozy seating area with a coffee table and four rattan armchairs as well as a dining table with four chairs, where you can end the evening comfortably after a refreshing swim.
