The luxury villa Peccioli 5 is a stately two-story house in the heart of Tuscany, just a stone's throw from the village of Montelopio (municipality peccioli) removed. The holiday residence, luxuriously equipped with every comfort, is located in the middle of an extremely well-kept, fully fenced, large garden. A generous living space of 250 square meters offers space for 8 to a maximum of 11 people. The luxury villa Peccioli 5 is equipped with terracotta tiles, stone tile floors and typical Tuscan wooden beamed ceilings.

On the ground floor there is a large, bright dining area with a large table for up to 14 people and access to a covered terrace. The brick fitted kitchen next door is fully equipped and also offers a microwave and dishwasher. A marble-topped table provides additional work space. From here you also have access to the terrace and the pool area, as well as to a storage room with laundry facilities.

Opposite the dining room is the living room with a two-story ceiling and a wrought iron chandelier. It is equipped with an open fireplace, sofa corner and television. From here you can access the garden through a large glass door.

There is also one of the four bedrooms on the ground floor, a double room with a shower room, both wheelchair accessible. Here the beds can be put together or converted into two single beds.

A stone staircase with wrought iron railings leads up to the first floor, where the remaining three bedrooms are located. All have their own shower room. If there are two rooms, it is possible to make the beds into either a double bed or two single beds. The wrought iron double bed in the third bedroom cannot be converted into a twin. This room has two balconies and offers pool views. From the hallway on the first floor, a spiral staircase leads up to the tower floor. There is a fantastic view from here.

The swimming pool in the garden area is surrounded by a terracotta sun terrace where sun loungers invite you to relax and parasols provide relaxing shade. The pool (12 x 4 m and 1,3 m deep with 6 Jacuzzi jets) is available from May to October (depending on the weather).

There are two terraces on site for al fresco dining and relaxation. The larger of the two is located not far from the luxury villa Peccioli 5 in front of a small outbuilding. It is equipped with a dining table for 10 people, a barbecue and a seating area with two rattan sofas and armchairs. The second outdoor area under a shady pergola is in the immediate vicinity of the pool, also with a large table and a seating area with rattan furniture.

Access to the luxury villa Peccioli 5 is via an unpaved road for the last 1,5 km, but it is in good condition. There are four shaded parking spaces available on the property.

The luxury villa Peccioli 5 is the ideal location for a holiday with friends or family. Cooking classes and wine tastings are offered. The art and cultural cities of Tuscany can be easily reached on a day trip from here, as can the sandy beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Gambassi Terme features hot springs and a spa wellness center. There are tennis courts in the immediate vicinity and an 18-hole golf course in Castelfalfi, 12 km away. Horse riding opportunities are also available. A restaurant offering Tuscan specialties is within walking distance, just half a kilometer away. Shops can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
