Surrounded by around 2000 silver olive trees, in the middle of an enchanting garden, Villa Follonica with sea views is picturesquely located on the crest of a hill. Directly opposite is the Gulf of Follonica. From this idyllic panoramic location it is only a few kilometers to the free sandy beaches.
On the ground floor of Villa Follonica, guests have access to the spacious holiday apartment Piccolo with its own loggia and garden area, which can accommodate up to 4+2 people. The view from the garden and loggia of the Gulf of Follonica below is breathtaking!
In the left wing of Villa Follonica (upper floor and basement) there is another even more spacious holiday apartment Grande with its own loggia and garden area, which can accommodate up to 6+2 people. You also have excellent sea views from the terrace of this apartment.
The remaining part of Villa Follonica is occupied by the landlords. This is a friendly, hospitable, young family with 2 children. The three residential units and their respective outdoor areas are independent of each other. The entrance areas are located on the two opposite sides of the villa: the Piccolo holiday apartment on the sea side, the landlord's apartment on the hill side (on the slope) and the Grande holiday apartment on the left wing of the house.
Furnished and maintained with love, this accommodation offers the perfect combination of beach vacation and relaxation for both families with children and adults. After an active/lively day at the beach, it is wonderful to end the day in peace and quiet on the loggia, watching the sunset and enjoying the silence of the rural surroundings.
The surrounding area invites you to take hikes in beautiful nature (on foot, by bike or on horseback), and it is also not far to the free, natural beaches (Perelli, Carbonifera, Mortelliccio and the Parco della Sterpaia). In contrast to the beaches directly in the seaside resorts, mass tourism has not yet started here in summer. Horse riding and fishing are also possible in the immediate vicinity. From 2012, the municipality of Follonica introduced the tourist tax by decision of the municipal council.
The tax only applies to overnight stays from May 1.5st to September 30.9th. by non-residents and for a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
The tax rate for this accommodation is €2,00 per night, per person.
