Villa Gaiole 4

This beautiful country villa warmly welcomes you to picturesque Tuscany. It is idyllically located in a well-tended garden. The building has been lovingly and carefully renovated so that the original Tuscan style has been preserved. The interior decoration is extremely tasteful.
The villa consists of two independent holiday apartments, of which the upper one is rented either alone (accommodates 6 people) or together with the lower one
and therefore there is space for 8 to 10 people, ideal for families and/or groups.
The upstairs apartment offers a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a small laundry room as well as two bedrooms with double beds. In addition, a sleeping gallery in the attic that is open to the living room has two additional single beds. There are also two bathrooms available.
The apartment in the basement is suitable for 4 people. Here there is another bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a large living room with a fireplace, a second kitchen and a small shower room.

The bathrooms are equipped with hand and bath towels, and kitchen towels are also available in the fully equipped kitchens (oven and dishwasher). The bedding in the bedrooms is high quality. The villa has a satellite flat screen TV in the living room as well as modern central heating, but can also be heated with a fireplace.
Free WiFi is of course available, as is parking in the immediate vicinity of the house.
The attractive property has its own pool and a furnished, fenced outdoor area with a sun roof and stone barbecue in the garden.

The Villa Gaiole 4 belongs (as does this Holiday home Gaiole 5 and the Gaiole 6 water mill) to a small hamlet located near a country estate owned by the same owner and with a private lake to which the guests of Villa Gaiole 4 of course have access. The beautiful, private swimming lake is only a few hundred meters away and can be reached by car or easily on foot via a natural road.

Not far from the estate, which specializes in the cultivation of vines as well as olive and fruit trees, is the village of Gaiole in Chianti with shopping opportunities and an espresso bar in the small piazza.

There are a number of interesting destinations in the surrounding area for excursions, such as: B. historical buildings such as Castelli di Brolio, Columns, Meleto, Badia a Coltibuono or the medieval villages of Barbischio, Vertine and Radda in Chianti. The famous Tuscan cities of art and culture can also be easily reached by car, Siena in about 30 minutes, and Florence takes just under an hour. Last but not least, there are many Tuscan wineries in the area that sell the valuable grape juice directly and invite you to wine tasting.
