In a stylish ambience you will learn to prepare culinary delicacies of Tuscan cuisine! This cooking class takes place in a 15th-century Renaissance villa surrounded by the walls of a medieval fortress, watchtower and entrance portal.We tried this cooking class ourselves!

Who are the chefs?

The cooking courses are offered in English by the daughter of the owner's family. The young woman learned the secrets of cooking from her grandmother and is happy to pass on her knowledge! Otherwise you are the (future) chefs dear customers!

What dishes are cooked?

The dishes can be chosen by the guests.

A menu consists of a starter, two courses and a dessert. The courses begin in the in-house vegetable, spice and fruit garden, where the fresh ingredients (herbs, vegetables, fruit) are picked by the guests under expert guidance.

Where, when and in what time frame does the course take place?

Cooking is done communally in the villa's antique kitchen. Usually from early afternoon. The courses last between three and four hours, depending on your personal wishes. Finally, you dine in style in the fireplace room after the hosts have served the dishes you have prepared. The dinner is accompanied by organic Prosecco DOCG, water, house wine, dessert wine and espresso. Additionally on the program is a tour of the ancient Renaissance villa.

In which language are the courses held?

The cooking courses are offered in English by the daughter of the owner's family.

Prices and conditions

  • Minimum number of participants: from a group of 5 people
  • Price per adult: 200 € per person
The price includes the following services:
  • Guided tour of the villa's vegetable, spice and orchard
  • Guided tour of the ancient villa
  • Cooking class in the villa's ancient kitchen (in English)
  • Merenda Time (“Schiacciata” and wine)
  • Served dinner
The menu consists of:
  • an appetizer
  • 1. course
  • 2nd course with side dish
  • a dessert
  • Organic Prosecco DOCG, water, house wine, dessert wine and espresso are served for dinner.
