Tour of the artisanal production processes: explanations in English - the tour lasts approx. 20-30 minutes.
Tasting of three pasta dishes (your choice), based on Martelli pasta.
Visit to the nearby castle (if castle opening times allow).

Three pasta dishes from the following selection:

Spaghetti Martelli with fresh tomatoes and basil
Spaghetti Martelli with Tuscan ragout
Maccheroni Martelli with bacon, radicchio, green pepper
Maccheroni Martelli with eggplant, fresh tomatoes, bacon
Fusilli Martelli curry and pancetta
Fusilli Martelli with artichokes

A glass of wine from the following selection:
