The cute Cottage Tuscany 2, newly built in 2008, is located on a hillside, in a panoramic position, in the middle of an olive grove 30 m from the Holiday home Tuscany (main house) away. The house consists of two residential units, one of which is privately occupied by the owner.
The other residential unit, the Holiday apartment Pero (Birnbaum) is rented and offers a covered panoramic terrace and its own garden area. It is stylishly furnished with attention to detail and equipped with modern kitchens and household appliances (e.g. air conditioning, dishwasher, WiFi).

In the case of a 3-week stay, a 10% discount on the weekly price of the third week (=7 nights) is guaranteed in all seasons.
