Holiday home Guardistallo 3, just 20 km from the sandy beach!

This pretty, typical stone house originally dates from the first half of the 1th century and was built on behalf of Count Ugolino della Gherardesca. It was part of a railway complex with several buildings intended for the transport of coal and lodestone, mineral resources mined in the mines of Monterufoli. Today there is no longer any train service here.

Today's holiday home GUardistallo was carefully restored, taking into account typical local elements. It is opposite the former mill Country villa Guardistallo 1 on the other side of the street, idyllically located in the middle of a large fenced garden surrounded by bushes and green hedges.

A side street runs along the property and leads past the apartment about 5-10 m away. However, the property is completely fenced.

The main house offers 120 square meters of living space, divided over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. Another bedroom with a double bed and a second shower room are on the 1st floor. A spacious annexe in the garden of 70 sqm offers another double bedroom and a third shower room and therefore space for 2 more people. The furnishings are tasteful and in the typical local style.

Outside, a screened-in terrace with a large table and chairs invites you to enjoy cozy meals outside. A grill is available. In this environment it is perfect to switch off from stressful everyday life and spend a quiet and relaxing holiday together with family or good friends.

Dogs are also very welcome!

The Etruscan coast, only approx. 20 km away, offers bathing pleasures with its various beaches (Marina di Bibbona, Cecina Mare, Bolgheri etc.).

If you want to explore the area, you will find worthwhile destinations in the surrounding area. Volterra is only 33 km away and Pisa, Lucca etc. can also be easily reached by car.
