We are enthusiastic about the Burg Chianti winery.
We felt very comfortable there. The rooms are very clean, the surroundings are simply fantastic, the kitchen spoiled our taste buds. The restaurant in the castle is highly recommended.
It's definitely not the last time we spend a few relaxing days there.

Our vacation in Tuscany and especially our accommodation in the Chianti Castle were wonderful.
The location and ambience of the castle are fantastic, the staff is very friendly and competent, speaks many languages and immediately makes you feel welcome.
We would particularly like to recommend the fantastic food in the newly opened restaurant at the castle: at moderate prices there are incredibly good dishes, fresh pasta every day, the best panna cotta in the whole world and of course the castle's own wine.
We felt very comfortable and will definitely go back.

I would be happy to give you feedback on our stay in Tuscany.
Without exception, all of us (6 adults) were very impressed by the very beautiful accommodation in the Chianti Castle 4. Your recommendation for this accommodation fully met our expectations. The starting point for exploring Tuscany is simply ideal. The hotel manager was always happy to help us with tips and we were happy to accept them.
Unfortunately we had very changeable weather during our stay and it was relatively cold for this time of year. If we travel to the region again, we know where we would like to live again.

Unfortunately the vacation is over and we are back to everyday life.
But we still often and very fondly think of the wonderful Chianti Castle4, which we chose for our convertible vacation. The location was perfect for us - we were able to take daily tours through the wonderful area and all the sights we wanted to visit were within easy reach. The whole castle and rooms were wonderful and I think we will come again.

We really liked it at Chianti Castle. Fantastic apartments with a wonderful view, pleasant breakfast room, very nice staff. And the wine tasting at the winery was truly one of the best we had in Italy.

We would be happy to give you our impressions of what we experienced during our stay at Chianti Castle 4. Of course we also agree that you can publish them.
Our stay at Chianti Castle 4 completely corresponded to the expectations that one could expect based on the representations on the Internet. The room and lounge as well as the associated terrace were even surpassed.
The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful and helped make it a wonderful experience. The breakfast and the breakfast room met expectations.
As a small minus, we noted that there was no possibility within the house to get an espresso or a cornetto or something else outside of breakfast times. We missed that.
We will definitely visit Chianti Castle 4 again. We have grown fond of it, precisely because of the peace and regeneration for body and soul. Simply recommended, in our opinion.

We have now returned home from our wonderful trip to Tuscany.
The accommodation in the Chianti Castle was fantastically beautiful.
The rooms, as presented on your forum, are beautifully and individually furnished. During the day we visited nearby cities such as Florence, Siena, Montalcino and San Gimignano. In the evening we usually ended the exciting day with fresh Parma ham, Pecorino, olives, bread etc. and delicious wine from the winery. There are numerous options within the castle, such as the barbecue area or the roof terrace, where you can experience the sunset over the green hills of Chianti.
The castle's Ristorante in Gaiole in Chianti is also highly recommended. Here you can enjoy delicious Tuscan specialties such as cinghiale, cinta senese or homemade pasta with the winery's wines. The tiramisu is to die for.
The breakfast buffet was - by Italian standards - very generous. Everything your heart could desire was there, e.g. rolls, ham, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, eggs, cakes etc.
A tour of the wine cellars and a subsequent wine tasting should definitely be planned. We brought home a trunk full of wine, grappa and olive oil. Overall it was a wonderful and wonderfully romantic vacation for both of us.
The unbureaucratic nature of booking, checking in and out was also very positive. In any case, we will be happy to book our next Tuscany vacation again via the Toscana Forum.

We spent a great few days and nights at Chianti Castle 4.
The ambience is really something very special and the surroundings are really uniquely suitable for relaxing and, as in our case, recovering from various city trips such as Florence and Rome.
The employees on site were extremely friendly and showed us through the unexpectedly large winery, informed us about wine growing, production and bottling and then invited us to wine tasting. Some of the restaurants in the area are really top-class restaurants. A recommendation led us to Le Contrade, whose truffle tortellini we always look back on fondly to this day.
All in all, it was a wonderful stay that we would like to repeat again with a little more time.
