Beautiful, quiet, well-kept property...I would go there again at any time

Cleanliness of the domicile:

Very clean....for a 2 week stay, cleaning after a week including new bed linen and towels

Condition of the facility/equipment:

Beautifully Tuscan. Not modern but charming. Air conditioning worked...coffee maker too...although the dishwasher didn't work...but it was ok

Service/customer friendliness of the landlord on site:

Contact person on site every day who were always friendly and helpful. The cleaning team was also great

Beautiful home, quiet, centrally located for trips to Pisa, Florence or Sienna

Cleanliness of the domicile:

The complex and the apartments were very clean.

Condition of the facility/equipment:

The condition of the complex and the apartments was good. A few mosaic stones in the pool had come loose but that didn't have a negative impact on the holiday. Every now and then the fuse blew when we and our neighbors were using the oven at the same time, but that wasn't a problem because we were shown the fuse box right away.

Service/customer friendliness of the landlord on site:

The landlord was very friendly and we were even allowed to use the pizza oven.

our vacation was wonderful. so quiet and relaxed..

Cool at night thanks to the climate... and such a fantastic terrace.

So nice that we would like to go there again next year. Is the same residential unit still available from July 27.7th? -10.8.? Or something comparable? Or another comparable accommodation?

Our holiday in the agriturismo (July 15.7th - 22.7nd) was wonderful: we were thrilled by the grounds, the holiday apartment and especially the large pool. The pizza evening and the opportunity to order breakfast were a great addition.

 

Tuscany was new to us, but we liked it so much that we would like to go back to Italy next year.

Could you recommend a property or properties that are closer to the sea....

"We spent a very nice week in the holiday complex. Very relaxing and very quiet due to the location of the complex. The apartment also had enough space for six people. Especially outside under the pergola it was very comfortable (except for the annoying noise the air conditioning of the apartment above). The complex is very well maintained and spacious. The pool invites you to linger, as there were four loungers and chairs with their own umbrella available for our apartment. We were warmly welcomed (including wine) and also During the stay, the Signora was always available (by telephone) and communication was possible in English or Italian.
Since the location is outside of Montelopio, an approximately 1 km long path leads to the facility, which is unfortunately in very poor condition on the second half (gravel-earth track). If the car is full and loaded, there is a risk of crashing. Otherwise, the location offers many excursion options. We were in Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano and nearby Peccioli as well as Volterra. Further excursions would take too long to get there, as the roads in Tuscany are sometimes in poor condition and require some time.
We went to nearby Peccioli for shopping. A modern supermarket offers everything you need.
The pizza evening was very nice! A local pizza baker has baked many delicacies and pizza varieties in a wood-fired oven. There was also wine and drinks at a very fair price."

Cleanliness of the domicile: Apartment was very clean and in good condition. The outdoor area is also well maintained (except for boccia and table tennis).

Condition of the furnishings/equipment: Everything in the apartment was fine, nothing was defective. There was no lack of equipment. There is plenty of cutlery, crockery and utensils in the kitchen. Enough cupboards and shelves in all rooms. Bath towels and bed linen as well. Only the power supply in the system is somewhat shaky. Pool also very clean with enough space. Boccia and table tennis facilities, however, are in poor condition. TT net defective, plate dirty and boccia court dirty. We swept before the game started.

Service/customer friendliness of the landlord on site: Very nice reception. The lady who showed us was very nice and always approachable. The landlord was also very friendly and despite the internet being down on the last day - which meant credit card payments weren't possible - the payment was processed smoothly in paper form.

Service from Toscana Forum: Great service. Booking and subsequent bookings for additional guests are absolutely problem-free. To recommend.
