Having returned from our holiday in Tuscany, we would like to take this opportunity to give you some feedback.

 

To the Internet travel agency and holiday home agency

 

You can rightly claim to be an all-round service provider for your customers. From the very first contact, we felt in the best possible hands with you. We were able to contact you at any time with our questions by email or phone, and you provided excellent advice and were always able to answer our questions. Based on our input, you found a suitable holiday home for us, one in which we felt truly at home and which fully met our expectations. These days, such service is by no means a given; it is more of a unique selling point. We will therefore happily recommend you and would be happy to contact you again for another similar holiday.

 

To our holiday home

 

Our stay in the Agriturismo Saturnia, Holiday apartment BR2E, fully matched your description and we felt at home there from the moment we arrived. It was also a little paradise for our three dogs, where they could run around freely in the fully fenced garden. We naturally enjoyed the way the entire property was embedded in the beautiful landscape and the peace and quiet that came with it. We regularly used the swimming pool right outside the front door. And we visited Saturnia just as regularly to enjoy bathing in the thermal baths and the natural thermal springs. We made a few small detours, but otherwise the house, grounds and entire complex offered us ample opportunities to spend our vacation in a relaxed manner. The friendliness and guest orientation of the entire host family deserves special mention. They gave us the impression that we were warmly welcomed every day.

 

To the ADAC toll box

 

We already sent you some information about the toll box by email on April 23, 2025. In the meantime, the annual fee has been debited as promised. The system worked perfectly when using Italian motorways, effectively preventing long waits at toll stations. The toll bill for the outbound journey has also been processed. We can therefore highly recommend the toll box.
