A beautiful, large apartment with a garden on the ground floor of a house with a total of 2 apartments and a fantastic view, beautifully located between the cute towns of Rivalto and Chianni on a road with little traffic. Well equipped, even outside. The only downer for my husband (because of football on Saturday :-) was: no German television.

Nothing to complain about

Great, indoors and outdoors

Service/customer friendliness of the landlord on site:

Very nice and well organized.

I would also like to give you an update on the second vacation in Rivalto / Chianni.

My rating would also be difficult to summarize. The arrangements with you were completely uncomplicated and everything was fair and clear, the selection of holiday properties was great.
It was, once again, wonderful in Rivalto. The holiday apartment between the two towns (Chianni / Rivalto) was in a fantastic location and we didn't miss anything. Just enjoyed it.
Sunrise, views, the two beautiful, quiet places, the cozy holiday apartment, ... . The total package.
I'm really in love with Chianni and Rivalto and it will be my dream place whenever things get too gray or too tiring for me in Leipzig.
My 16-year-old daughter also feels the same way and on this second visit my brother (whom I had more or less persuaded to accompany us) was also very quickly convinced that he definitely wanted to come back.
The second visit to Chianni/Rivalto was not just for much-needed relaxation, but I wanted to find out whether I liked the place as much at another time of year as I did in summer. So I was very excited. Similar to a 2nd date... I wasn't disappointed. I think I like it in Chianni even when it rains and the outside is just as uncomfortable as in winter here. I don't get tired of the landscape and the calm atmosphere in the place and the people have won me over.

Dear Ms. Santoni,

We have now moved into the apartment for a week and feel very comfortable here. Tuscany is truly enchanting and the house is also very charming.
However, we would like to point out a few shortcomings, if these are remedied, future guests will definitely feel better:
1. The refrigerator is somewhat functional, but the glass plate over the bottom drawer is broken in the middle and was temporarily stuck together with adhesive tape. We have now removed this glass from the refrigerator, so its use is more limited, but without any danger. Furthermore, the drawer itself is broken.
2. The parasol in our part of the garden is also broken. We can only use this to a limited extent and have to help ourselves with aids
3. The kitchen equipment is quite spartan - we would have to buy a corkscrew and a coffee maker.
Furthermore, there is no larger pot where we can cook for five people at once.
I'm contacting them directly because, on the one hand, we don't demand that these deficiencies have to be remedied during our stay, but we just want to point them out in order to increase the satisfaction of future guests and, on the other hand, if the contact persons on site are very, very nice and helpful , communication is quite difficult due to the language barrier.
This email is intended as feedback only, not as criticism. We are still very satisfied with booking our vacation via your portal and feel we were well advised.

Thanks for the lovely email. We have to thank you both for making our stay in your “Tuscany” so extraordinary. We would never have experienced Tuscany on our own in this way.
The first evening at Pepe's was an incredible romantic highlight on the natural terrace with enchanting musical accompaniment. The food was also excellent.

The second evening was simply incredibly good (antipasti and steak) with the “Spaghettata Mezzo Di Notte” at the end.

We also enjoyed the third evening with the 8-course menu very much. We had an overdose of meat the night before and we also really enjoy eating vegetarian food. The taste there is also very special.
Not to forget our double victory in the morning :).

So all in all, thanks to your mediation and organization of our country house in Rivalto in the typical Tuscan style, the special small villages around Terricciola, Lari or Chianni and also small Rivalto gave us a deep insight into the Tuscan way of life.

We will be happy to comment and evaluate the pictures and impressions in peace and quiet from Munich.

Thanks for the great tips. We will report and show impressions (pictures) and look forward to seeing you next time.

We particularly liked the house and its location. Spectacular view! Well integrated into a small village. The spaciousness and the facilities were very good. The many vegetable bugs were a little annoying. But that's probably relatively normal for this time of year in Italy. The service from the house landlords went smoothly and very well. Get everything you need to know about the forum.
