The apartment is located above the small town of Selvatelle with a wonderful view of the surrounding area. You can make yourself comfortable in the small garden by the pool or on the terrace and relax after trips to the nearby cities/places worth seeing.

Cleanliness of the domicile:

The kitchen area, living room, bedroom and bathroom were very clean - no complaints

Condition of the facility/equipment:

There are no complaints here either, just feel good

Service/customer friendliness of the landlord on site:

The landlady is always approachable and very friendly. Translation was done via app.

We were very excited. Very clean and tidy, not just the apartment, but also the entire complex. The apartment's facilities were good. The hostess was extremely friendly. We will be back definitely.

We booked the holiday apartment in the summer, which is wheelchair accessible. We liked it so much that we booked another 3 weeks for the fall immediately after our summer vacation. And this time we weren't disappointed either.

"We, my wife, the dog and I had a very relaxing holiday, it was just as we had imagined. The place was small, but ideally located for trips to the larger cities in Tuscany or to the sea. There were shopping opportunities not far away, there was a bar and restaurants directly in the town or in the nearby neighboring town. The accommodation is in a rural area, which means that the crowing rooster or the barking dog are part of the idyllic overall picture and should not be perceived as disturbing. But anyone who books accommodation in the country knows this. We were there at the end of June 2022 and in our opinion the price-performance ratio was excellent."

Cleanliness of the domicile: The accommodation was very clean.
Condition of the furnishings/equipment: The furnishings are modern and functional, even equipped with two bathrooms. When it came to equipment, nothing was left to be desired.
Service / customer friendliness of the landlord on site: The landlady and her parents were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful, even though our knowledge of Italian is only rudimentary. Even our dog's peculiarities (he thinks that after four hours of being there everything belongs to him and he has to guard his property) were accepted with understanding and a smile.

The Holiday home Selvatelle is a bit out of the way on the outskirts of Terricciola and has a wonderful view over the Valdera from the garden with pool. The cities of Florence, Lucca, Pisa and Livorno are easily accessible due to the short distance to the Fi-Pi-Li connecting road. The enchanting towns of Terricciola, Pecciola and Ghianni are each a few kilometers away by car. The private use pool was wonderful, sunny, clean and well maintained. If you're hungry quickly, there's the locally well-known restaurant Da Carlo, 200 m below the house. We were able to park the e-bikes we brought with us in the garage.

The apartment was obviously fairly new with modern furniture. Except for an old cupboard with glasses and porcelain from 'grandma's times', which was not only adorable but also useful. The toaster no longer meets today's standards. There is no coffee machine, but an Italian espresso maker.

The landlord family is very nice and takes care of the guests' well-being. As a welcome, there was a basket of Italian specialties on the dining table. All agreements, such as linen changes, deposit refunds, etc., were adhered to on time
