We were delighted again and are slowly becoming your fans! The winery was sensational, Golf Castelfalfi was the absolute hit! The welcome platter and Proseccos here, thank you again, superb.

My silver wedding anniversary went well!

In keeping with the motto happy wife happy life, I wanted to put out feelers to see if you have anything in store for us for Easter 2025, including an early bird discount.

This time with a focus on wellness, I had the castle in Umbria in mind, but we are flying to Pisa again, which would still be a bit of a journey,,,,,,,,,perhaps you have suggestions,

We would like to relax again from Tue xx xx 2025 – xx xx 2025………

A very beautiful, quietly located winery with great accommodation units. Our holiday apartment was very well furnished and equipped with everything you could need. There was a very good breakfast buffet every day, just like in a hotel. The beautiful outdoor pool was also great.

There is nothing to complain about. The facilities were good

Very helpful and available to guests at any time. Also in German.

Beautiful winery in the wine-growing region. Very good breakfast and great pool. Kitchen is sparsely equipped, only a few glasses. That was a shame.

Very good!

Good, but there was no armchair in the living room. One person could not sit comfortably.

There is simply nothing to complain about. Apartment cleanliness, very good breakfast, quiet location on the winery, swimming pool, everything was great.

We have been to this country estate for the third time and it is simply beautiful. The location is ideal for trips to places such as Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena. The surrounding area with many small towns such as Lajatico, Lari and the sea are also wonderful and easy to reach. A big compliment goes to the staff in particular, from the chambermaids to the gardener, caretaker, kitchen staff and Stefania, Sara and Leonardo from the office. Thank you very much and we are already looking forward to our holiday next year.

Very good and sufficient. The glasses could be replaced or there could be a bit more.

I had requested my trip at short notice. My request was responded to very quickly. Ms. Santoni asked exactly what I wanted. Among other things, we wanted to take a dog with us and therefore live on the ground floor. Since no accommodation was completely available for my desired period, Ms. Santoni chose two suitable accommodations for me

Landgut-Tericciola: We had a loft apartment. Everything was perfect, no noise from the neighboring apartment (both apartments can be combined and are separated by a light door). The facility was very well maintained and beautiful.

Landgut-Tericciola: Super nice, friendly and helpful

Always receive timely information from the inquiry to the final booking. For example, we found the restaurant tips very sensible and useful.

  • Have you used the vouchers we sent you? How was the experience?

The vouchers gave us an overview. But I didn't always redeem them. For example, when I bought my coffee in the small roastery in Terricciola, the older couple who owned it were so nice that I felt strange.

Landgut Tericciola: yes, up to a week (Information for dog owners: the property is not fenced)

  • Would you recommend the domicile to others?

Yes. However, it is a bit out of the way with a long gravel road, which other guests have already written about. It didn't bother me.

Unconditionally yes.

  • I researched on the internet. I can't remember exactly how I came to your site. At first I was skeptical (healthy skepticism), as unfortunately dubious companies also advertise on the internet. But I had a good feeling right from the start after I spoke to Ms. Santoni on the phone.

Good condition of the apartments and also the main house. The only thing worth mentioning is that it was only possible to do laundry in a laundry 15 minutes away. In the description it seemed to me that this would be possible in the complex - for a fee
