Dear Ms. Santoni,

We were guests at this wonderful winery in Terriccola for the second time and would like to give our feedback today.

The landscape is simply wonderful. You can lie there by the pool and enjoy the peace and quiet. We were pleased that “our” small apartment “GI2” was still available. The winery is very well maintained and even in August we had very pleasant temperatures. It's also a little higher. :-). Sarah looked after us very well again. I find this welcome basket to be a very nice gesture. You don't have to go looking for the nearest shop straight away and you can just relax and enjoy.

The support provided by the Toscana Forum is also to be highly praised. We always booked at very short notice (1 week) and yet all documents were still there on time. Holidays that are just fun.

Hello Ms. Santoni,

I wanted to give you some feedback regarding our stay at the Terricciola estate from July 29.07th. until 05.08.07.

All I can say is it was wonderful! It's a really nice complex and we had a really cute apartment for two people.

The on-site support from her sister was also really nice and helpful.

The landscape around the estate is also truly unique, just as you would imagine Tuscany to be. All in all a successful holiday, we will definitely come back and of course diligently recommend this address to our friends!

we were thrilled. This was our first visit to Tuscany and will definitely not be the last.

We only ever heard from work colleagues how beautiful it was there, but we could never imagine anything about it. Now we know and it's just fantastic. We took around 800 pictures, but none really show this beautiful landscape.

The Terricciola estate was simply beautiful. This entire facility is designed with so much attention to detail. Very well maintained and clean. Simply a harmonious picture in the Tuscan landscape. The view, no matter from which point on the complex, is simply great. The O`livia apartment is very nicely furnished and we didn't miss anything. We would love to own a country estate like that ;-))

Another 2 weeks have passed since we finished our vacation at the Terriciolla estate!

Well, I am pleasantly surprised at the comfort offered in the apartment “Olivo”! Personally, I have never found anything so clean and I can only praise it when it comes to this and the other things (e.g. swimming pool, dishes, etc.)! On the day of our departure we saw a cleaning crew cleaning the neighboring two-room apartment. Truly exemplary and impeccable!

What we also found very good was the information about various sports activities and information about hiking and cycling tours. What I also found very worth mentioning are the offers from the various restaurants! Unfortunately I couldn't do much with it because I had to search for a long time on the map until I found one of the listed ones! Here I would suggest that you perhaps enclose a map with the details of the restaurants showing where they can be found! Not everyone speaks perfect Italian and can therefore have good conversations over the phone!

We once had the problem that about 50cm of water column was missing in the swimming pool and this was not announced!! According to the statement, your sister didn't know this either! All I can really say is that thanks to your willingness and that of your sister, this was a successful short vacation and we will happily go to Terriciolla again!

For me this area is one of the most beautiful in Tuscany. The peace and quiet (early season) you find there is simply wonderful! We came to relax and that's what we found.
