In order. The property is spacious and spacious. We rented both apartments, couple downstairs, a friend upstairs. If you want to have the property for yourself, you have to rent both apartments. Sweet, small house for 2 people with exceptional (completely fenced) property (would also be very nice for dog owners), located on a quiet street. Overlooking La Sassa. We will be happy to book again!

Everything worked well, the kitchen was adequately equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine.

We booked the holiday apartment in the summer, which is wheelchair accessible. We liked it so much that we booked another 3 weeks for the fall immediately after our summer vacation. And this time we weren't disappointed either.

We had a very nice vacation in your holiday home with the family! And the condition of the domicile corresponded exactly to the description and the pictures. We were very satisfied. Thank you also for extending the pool time, which was actually on September 30.09th. ends. And the linen change after a week was also great.

Very good!
Condition of the facility/equipment:
Everything was wonderful, the only problem was the relatively small cooking pots for 6 people and for children, 2 large pots would have been good

We wanted to thank you very much for arranging this Cottage Guardistallo thank you. So we were able to spend a vacation that will be remembered very positively. The house was beautiful and the opportunity to enjoy the delicious food right there was fantastic. Bibbona beach was a dream with the dogs. Mr. R. and the team are incredibly nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we had to take our dog to the veterinary clinic in Cecina in the meantime, but we were helped quickly and professionally there too.
We will definitely recommend you.

Agriturismo Guardistallo (August 2023)

So we had such a lovely and relaxing time here!

  • very clean and lovingly furnished
  • enough space and lots of accessories in the kitchen for cooking
  • Very nice area (Casale Maritimo..close to the sea)
  • Great, natural area with an organic pool that we really enjoyed
  • The people on site were very nice, there was even a gift for the guests🌞

All in all, we had a very nice time and thank you for the extensive advice.

Absolutely recommended accommodation - great location and view, apartments well and charmingly furnished, pool often all to yourself

Good condition of the apartments and also the main house. The only thing worth mentioning is that it was only possible to do laundry in a laundry 15 minutes away. In the description it seemed to me that this would be possible in the complex - for a fee

Great - super lovely team on site, especially the cook Lucia and her son

Beautiful, quiet, well-kept property...I would go there again at any time

Very clean....for a 2 week stay, cleaning after a week including new bed linen and towels
Condition of the facility/equipment:
Beautifully Tuscan. Not modern but charming. Air conditioning worked...coffee maker too...although the dishwasher didn't work...but it was ok
Service/customer friendliness of the landlord on site:
Contact person on site every day who were always friendly and helpful. The cleaning team was also great
