Thank you for your email from August 3.8rd. Unfortunately we had poor WiFi reception and had to keep logging in again, so we only answered this email after we returned.
We would like to thank you again for your commitment, the holiday was really nice. The bread roll service also worked perfectly. We received excellent, very friendly and competent advice and care from Giulia. The fact that she still speaks our language has made a lot of things easier. We left the fly screens we bought hanging up, so our new tenants will certainly be happy if the bedroom remains free of mosquitoes and possibly other animals.
Thank you for helping us solve the problems so we could enjoy our vacation afterwards. What remains is the good feeling that in you we have a very good and competent travel provider who took our concerns seriously and supported us immediately without hesitation. We will be happy to include your offers in our holiday planning at any time if we want to go on holiday to Italy.
