Subject: Re: Feedback: Your vacation in Tuscany 2014Dear Ms. Santoni,
Thank you so much that our short-term booking went so well! You are welcome to publish our feedback.
We & our Great Dane spent a wonderful week at Palaia5.
House / furnishings (kitchen & bedroom) / bathroom upstairs: everything to our satisfaction. The lower bathroom smelled a bit, but we were made aware of it during the house tour and didn't use it (smell of sewage, but we couldn't smell it in the house because there was a corridor in between)
Surroundings: very idyllic, perfect for walks with the dog (for other dog owners: there are dogs with and without a leash but they are all very friendly)
Garden: the front area is fenced in, the rear garden area opens into the olive grove, there are plenty of shaded areas and the highlight for our dog was a tap at every corner of the house to quench his thirst.
Location: isolated on a hill, with wonderful views, perfect for a holiday where you want to have peace and quiet. You can reach Florence, Pisa or the sea very quickly. One recommendation is Lucca, a wonderful little town that is also ideal for dog owners!
The only small defect:
Access: leads over a steep gravel road, was washed out quite badly due to the previous rain (lots of deep holes), but was refilled during our stay -> but generally not suitable for cars with little ground clearance!Until next time!
Best regards,
