I was astonished to see it in issue 1/2017 of the magazine “Test” from Stiftung Warentest read that the major holiday booking portals work consistently reliably and without pitfalls, but their often poor advice is often criticized. As the product testers report, the providers can be easily reached by email or telephone, but even simple questions can often not be answered or can only be answered inadequately.
