Tuscany – gourmet center of Italy

Training at the highest level

The Young Restaurateurs (JRE) are an association of young top chefs who are committed to the new German cuisine and which includes the most successful gastronomic establishments and most of the “stars” in the country. With a training concept that is unique in Germany, the JRE trains talented and motivated applicants to become top executives in the catering industry. The three-year training to become a chef takes place in one of the JRE companies. In addition to regular vocational school lessons, the trainees also receive targeted support and comprehensive inter-company training at the JRE Pleasure Academy.
