In a good team, it's not just the strengths of each individual that matter. For the success of a project, it is equally important that each individual member feels responsible for it. More and more companies are therefore discovering joint trips as an opportunity to strengthen the sense of community so that employees become a real team. Experts attribute the success of team building trips primarily to the change to a new environment, which constantly provides new impressions for the participants. Another positive aspect is that employees have the opportunity to express themselves

Getting to know colleagues more informally and from a completely different perspective than is possible when working at a desk every day.

Shared experiences strengthen team spirit

Of course, joint activities also help to get to know each other better and motivate the employees, which then creates a real holiday feeling. This is how it went – organized by Tuscany Forum – on a sightseeing tour to Florence and Sienna, where personal city guides picked up the guests from Berlin in terms of content. Another highlight – not just for the wine lovers and connoisseurs among the employees – followed with a Wine tasting at one of the best-known niche producers Piedmont and now also Tuscany. “The oenologist personally showed us everything from the vineyards to the wineries, gave us an insight into the wine and gave the entire team a lot of professional enthusiasm,” explains Schütz.
The crowning conclusion of the trip was a shared one Cooking class with Constanza at the Renaissance Villa Sesto Fiorentino, which began with picking the ingredients together in the in-house vegetable and fruit garden and ended in the fireplace room, where the local dishes prepared by the participants were served by the hosts. Conclusion from the organizer: “This week in Tuscany was a special experience for everyone and one that the whole team had been looking forward to for a long time.
