In her welcoming speech, Inselkammer emphasized that the service industry will continue to consistently focus on service quality in the future. “Service quality is the decisive competitive instrument of the future and an important location factor. The award signals to the customer that they come first. They raise the image of the individual facilities and strengthen Bavaria’s reputation as a first-class holiday destination.”
